"I find all of the teams at the Homeless Hub to be great. I just think that Homeless Hub generally is one of the few providers that actually practice what they preach. They've got their ethos on the wall and they actually practice it. The staff genuinely care. They work well together. They genuinely care about people and want to help them.

The intake process is very easy and if you don’t understand they’ll gladly show you. Don’t feel scared or hesitate to ask for help cause they have helped me a lot and got me where I needed to be. Wollongong Homeless Hub have helped me in so many ways. I can’t thank them enough. Yes, they’ll make you do things but its to show you that you really need support.

To all the staff at the Wollongong Homeless Hub, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the care & support of my son firstly thru his recent Covid diagnosis with the help of NSW Health and the Police Dept, as well as all the other years he has needed your assistance! My daughter and I have made many donations over the years as our way of saying thank you!
I was overwhelmed to hear you had helped him to find a place to call his own, and I know he appreciates it too! He is a bit rough around the edges, but always a good person, as I have been told many times over the years by the people he has shared with - give you his last dollar or the shirt off his back?
I for one will sleep better now, knowing where he is and that he has a roof over his head and that he is safe!
