Mobile Outreach
Wollongong Homeless Hub offers a mobile outreach service delivery that goes into the community where we are most needed.

📍 Mangerton Community Centre
Monday | 9:00am – 1:30pm
📍 Warilla Neighbourhood Centre
Tuesday | 12:00pm – 2:00pm
📍 Wollongong Train Station (Railway Station Square near Lighthouse Church)
Tuesday & Thursday | 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Our mobile outreach service provides community engagement and services delivery in a collaborative and client focused way to support individuals and families in need. The service delivery team makes available information, support assistance, clothes, toiletries and food.
Assertive Outreach
Staff of Wollongong Homeless Hub and Housing Services regularly respond to information from members of the public, emergency services and other government agencies who report the location of individuals who are street sleeping or in unconventional accommodation.
Our Assertive Outreach staff will attend the location of the report and offer assistance and services to the individual.
